1.The following items are prohibited from being brought into the event: cold weapons, any type of sharp or cutting objects, professional photo or video cameras, any type of drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), food, flammable materials, and animals.

 

2.Do not purchase tickets from third parties, i.e., resellers, as the organizing committee will not be held responsible for any potential financial or moral damage resulting from misunderstandings. Official tickets can only be purchased from BILETEBI.GE.

 

3.Guests who leave the event area will not be allowed to re-enter.

 

4.Age will be strictly verified upon entry to the event, so please make sure to carry an identification document, such as an ID card, passport, or driver’s license.

 

5.Face Control will also work at the entrance. Regardless of having a ticket, the organizer reserves the right to deny entry to guests based on their physical condition or other criteria, as determined by the Face Control on-site.

 

6.In the event of worsening weather conditions or other force majeure circumstances beyond our control that prevent the event from being held in an open space fully and comfortably, the location of the event will be changed. Information regarding this change will be provided to all individuals who have purchased tickets for the event. This information will also be posted on the organizer's social media channels.

 

7.Tickets purchased for the event cannot be refunded, including in the case of a change in location. Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled or if the date of the event is changed.
