"Choreographic Evening" is a symbiosis of traditional elements of Georgian folklore and modern trends in dance art. We combine the forces of choreography, theater, music and modern technologies to create unique plastic compositions inspired by the rich heritage of Georgia.
Act One. "Who doesn't love the sun?!"
The aggression and baseless hatred prevailing in the crowd destroys a being different from it, a symbol of freedom, simplicity, beauty and splendor. Marita is completely for the public, and the crowd remains ignorant of their sins, some of them still blind, and some of them repentant of their sins.
Choreographer: Megi Zarkua
Act Two. "Otskheli - always alive".
Petre Otskheli personally tells us about his native region, his collaboration with Kote Marjanishvili, and shows us his creative processes... capture, interrogation, and execution.
Choreographer: Irakli Kublashvili
