The Marjanishvili Theatre — many decades and two great women in one dressing room — Veriko and Sesilia. Their names alone are enough to awaken feelings of love and respect in the Georgian audience, to enchant, to evoke memories, to inspire reflection…

Veriko and Sesilia — a great story, closely intertwined with the pivotal stages in the development of Georgian theatre and cinema, with the joy of victory, admiration, and sorrow.

Veriko and Sesilia — two names without which the existence of Georgian theatre and cinema is unimaginable.

On January 30, at 8:00 PM, at the Kote Marjanishvili Drama Theatre, theatre critic Nikoloz Tsulukidze will share extraordinarily compelling stories from behind the dressing room door — stories of creative exaltation and decline, pain, sorrow, and boundless joy — stories created by two incomparable women: Veriko and Sesilia.
