About the Performance
Marc Camoletti is a major figure in French boulevard comedy. His plays are performed successfully in leading theaters worldwide and are especially popular in venues where audiences appreciate refined humor, rhythm, and absurdity.
His most famous work, Boeing-Boeing, is listed in the Guinness World Records as the most performed French play in the world. This “dangerous comedy in a small house” is a classic French farce, where ordinary life transforms into absurdity.
One house, one wife, one lover, one secret, and several guests—this is where the main character’s circular struggle and chaos begin. The confined space and open door turn the comedy into a three-act ballet, with each scene brimming with humor like a full glass of wine. Otar Katamadze’s interpretation offers the audience not only laughter but also a chance to see themselves reflected in a parodic mirror of everyday life—how we behave when we hide the truth from others… or even from ourselves.
