Nino Haratischwili – The Year of My Terrible Happiness

For the first time in Georgia, Nino Haratischwili’s “The Year of My Terrible Happiness” will be staged in Batumi.

“Who we are is who we are, and we tell our story the way we have to tell it — melodramatically, pathetically, kitschily. So, does that mean there is no contemporary form for our story? Does that mean there is no contemporary form of love?”

We will talk about love — and everything except love.
