The play portrays contemporary Georgian society through three characters — two men and one woman — confined within the closed space of a metro carriage. The metro’s circular line, likened to the cycle of life, serves as the backdrop for exploring some of the fundamental problems of society.

 

The loss of trust, superficiality, alienation, and the illusion and falseness characteristic of social media all stand in the way of one of the most basic human needs: to talk to another person, to share, and to receive empathy.

 

Presented through satire and irony, the story takes on the form of theatrical absurdity. What the audience will see on stage, through the vision of the director and the performances of the actors, is a bold experiment that can evoke both laughter and tears.

 

All of this is made possible by the intimate atmosphere of the small theatre space, where the close connection between the audience and the actors creates a unique theatrical experience.
