About the Performance:
The now-legendary production of the Free Theatre premiered in May 2001 and has been running to sold-out audiences on the Free Theatre stage for 15 years.
It tells the true story of the “Airplane Boys.” A group of Georgian young men hijacked an airplane in an attempt to escape the country. The escape failed; they were arrested and sentenced to death.
