“Scarlet Sails”
The story on which the performance is based was originally intended for teenage audiences. However, the production team adapted it specifically for younger children. The central message of the play is familiar to everyone, especially children: we must believe in miracles. Children, in particular, look forward to miracles with sincerity and impatience.
It is no coincidence that one of the most memorable scenes, which always evokes lively and emotional reactions from the audience, is the meeting of the main characters — the appearance of Gray with his scarlet sails.
Based on the famous story by Alexander Grin, the production was created to mark the 90th anniversary of the work’s publication. The project was implemented with the support of the Cartu Charitable Foundation and the International Cultural-Educational Union “Russian Club.”
