A Source of Other Thoughts

This year marks the 100th anniversary of the birth of one of the most distinguished figures of Georgian literature, Revaz Inanishvili. To commemorate this occasion, we present a stage production based on the writer’s immortal short stories. (Stage Director: Lasha Gogniashvili)

 

Inanishvili’s delicate and refined style of writing has left an indelible mark on our culture. The creators of the performance set out to bring to the stage the warm, intimate, and sincere atmosphere that so distinctively characterizes the writer’s prose. The production is conceived as a kind of mosaic, where human emotions and destiny intersect, forming a unified whole.
