SPARKS Presents Zviad Bolkvadze in Concert with Ranina's Children

On October 5, in the prestigious Philharmonic Concert Hall, SPARKS presents a special concert featuring renowned composer, performer, and conductor Zviad Bolkvadze, alongside the talented children of Ranina.
Zviad Bolkvadze is an accomplished composer and conductor whose work spans multiple genres. His choral and symphonic compositions are frequently performed by various ensembles. He holds a master’s degree in conducting and a doctorate in composition from the V. Sarajishvili Tbilisi State Conservatory.
His extensive career includes being a composer and soloist for the State Chamber Choir of Georgia since 2008, the conductor of the children's choir Anna-Bana since 2012, and the artistic director and conductor of the State Chapel of Abkhazia since 2016. In 2023, he was appointed artistic director of the Batumi State Music Center.
Bolkvadze is also known for his contributions to television projects such as Geostar, Ana-Bana, Only Georgian, and Ranina. He has composed music for ten films and numerous theatrical productions. Additionally, he has arranged choral and orchestral works for the hymns of His Holiness Ilia II, the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia.
His music has been performed internationally in countries such as Switzerland, Israel, France, the USA, Belgium, Poland, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Ukraine, and Azerbaijan.
