Georgian Tourism Association (GTA) invites you to the 8th International Conference STANDARDS IN TOURISM.

 

Duration:  10:00 -18:00

 

Language: Georgian/English

 

The conference will bring together professionals from the tourism sector at the local and international levels.

 

The event will be attended by representatives of the private / public sector, partners, educational Institutions, donors and representatives of international organizations.

 

The conference will feature international and local experts as speakers who will share their experience and knowledge in the field of tourism and hospitality with the audience.

 

Conference provides great networking opportunities and a wide range of world experiences;

 

An international Platform that invites tourism professionals, to speak about standards, regulations and sustainable tourism development with different perspective;

 

International and local experts have been invited as speakers at the conference, who will share their experience and knowledge in the field of tourism and hospitality with the audience.

 

The event will consist of three sessions, according to the topics you can attend all of them, or take a part only in that session that is interesting to you:

• Session One: “Sustainable Destination” – Municipal and Destination Positioning.
• Session Two: “Hotel and Accommodation” – A New System for Hotel Classification and Rating. Invited Guest: World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance UK
• Session Three: Workshop – The Business of Adventure Tourism - The workshop will be led by a representative of The Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) USA.

 

The content of each session will be different, there will be time for Q&A, connecting, and networking.
