homeis.gathering
homeis.gathering, the annual event of homeis.ge magazine, brings together representatives of architecture, interior design, real estate and related fields, along with audiences interested in these areas. It returns this year in a renewed format. The event will run for two days, on October 31 and November 1, at The Telegraph Hotel.
The two days are devoted to two distinct but closely connected themes: first real estate and development, then architecture.
October 31: Real Estate and Development
The first day will focus on Tbilisi’s residential real estate market, current trends, an assessment of the state of the industry, the role of architecture and interior design in development, and more. The program includes individual talks, a panel discussion and project presentations.

The first day will also feature a GT Deco panel discussion with Vache Tavdishvili (Managing Partner, GT Deco), Giorgi Tughushi (international lecturer and neuromarketing expert) and Temo Bitsadze (co-owner and Commercial Director, Alliance Group).
November 1: Architecture
The second day is devoted entirely to architecture. Speakers will discuss standout projects, the stories of Tbilisi’s houses, contemporary interpretations of cultural identity, and the social significance of architecture.

This year’s novelty is the Marketplace, a space for business meetings and consultations whose main advantage is targeted communication. Visitors will be able to explore the products and services of participating companies, meet potential partners in person and build new business connections.
The event will also feature an exhibition of design objects created by Georgian product designers, curated by Amelie Events, showcasing unique pieces made for the home.
